My Easy Curls Gift Wrap Add On
Gift wrapping is available in both Holiday Wrap, or Generic Wrap.
Our packages are each sent with neatly wrapped bright pink tissue paper inside a bright Pink Poly Mailer.
Gift wrapping will be added around the Tissue Wrapped package with a gift tag outside for the recipient. Then placed inside the mailer and sent via mail.
Add a little extra cheer to your gifts and save time! Let us wrap your gifts in wrapping paper prior to shipping. We can ship directly to your intended recipient saving you time and expense.
This is an add on option only to items purchased in the My Easy Curls shop.

Domestic items ship first class with a delivery tracking number provided by the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. We do offer shipping upgrades if you prefer. Items marked delivered by the USPS fall under the customer's responsibility to follow up if your package is not there. We do not offer refunds on items that show delivered via the USPS tracking system.
International orders are welcomed. We use the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS shipping category and a delivery tracking number is provided. Shipping upgrades are available. As we are unable to calculate customs and duty fees, if the buyer incurs a duty or custom’s fee it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the additional fees. Please consider potential customs or duties charges if purchasing these as a gift that you are shipping to another person.
We provide complete custom’s forms on all of our international deliveries. Note the customs office may open your package to inspect the contents. Please be aware, packages sent internationally after April 01, 2020 have been averaging 8 - 12 weeks to arrive to our customers. We have no control over your package once we place it in the USPS hands.

All sales are final unless your package arrives damaged.
If your package arrives damaged, you have 10 days from delivery (delivery confirmation via the USPS Tracking System) to contact us for a replacement. Send photos of the package as it arrives if there is damage visible and the contents as well. Email: email@example.com
We do not offer refunds as our products are all for personal use.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We allow cancellations* up to the customer's receipt of a tracking number. Once an order has been processed with tracking- the sale is considered complete and final.
*Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation.
